First things first, yes, you can use your DJI Osmo Action camera with DJI's RS2 gimbal. You will just need some additional things.
You will need:
- SmallRig Cage für DJI Osmo Action 2360
- SmallRig Arri Locating Handle 2165B
- SmallRig Cold Shoe 2060 (optional, if you want to attach things)
We are not attaching the cam to the slide but to tip of the rail as seen on the pictures. There's a thread that can be used to mount the cam. This is done this way to prevent your footage showing the tip of the rail on the bottom half of the footage. Alternatively you could bump the height as far up as possible and get rid of the rail, too.
